"The few tracks they’ve released in one-off fashion have been exceptional. There is a base laid with with cheap-sounding synth (think: almost Casio keyboard) and sparse instrumentation to fill it out, but then there’s that voice. There’s something haunting about it, almost recalling Morrissey or Robert Smith. In total, these few tracks are entirely engaging and compelling, but so damn few."
